The Quick Start Package for legacy application consultancy is 5-10 days with at least 50% on-site consultancy. ICS will undertake a detailed analysis of the application’s architecture, interfaces, data-sources and key processes. Access to key business users and IT personnel will be necessary. Following the on-site consultancy ICS will produce a vision document with recommendations that tackle the area of Application Modernisation.
